Xenia Preschool Farm Day 2022

Xenia Preschool held its annual Farm Day, where our littlest learners got hands-on as they learned about farm animals by petting sheep, learned how to milk a "cow", and even sheared pretend sheep covered in shaving cream! Students also got to play in a corn sensory table, shovel hay, sort eggs, and feed pretend pigs.
The day was coordinated with our Xenia High School FFA teacher, Mr. Wuebben, and 11 of his students who volunteered throughout the day to run stations. A station staffed with the OSU Extension Master Gardener volunteers was also on hand to help students discover where their fruits and vegetables come from.
