Description:
The Band Leadership team is made up of students within the instrumental music department at Xenia High School. This club takes ownership of logistics, student morale, teaching of specific techniques to their sections and provides an example to the rest of the members in the Concert Band, Symphonic Band and XMB on how to successfully carry yourself in rehearsals, performances and in life. Interviews are done in March for any student wishing to hold a leadership position.
