Reminder: OST Scores and More in ProgressBook

We hope our XCS families are having a wonderful, relaxing start to the summer break!
School may be closed for the summer, but ProgressBook remains open and acts as an important resource for XCS families. To help you review your child's academic growth over the past year, please remember that ProgressBook remains your central hub for final grades, report cards, and state assessment data. We encourage all families to log in and review these final details!
The final results from the Spring Ohio State Test (OST) have been uploaded and are available for review. Checking these scores over the summer can give you a great baseline of your child's academic growth heading into the new school year.
As we get closer to August, ProgressBook will transition to prepare for the 2026–2027 school year. Your child's official class schedule and teacher assignments (grades 1-12 only!) for the upcoming year will be released through ProgressBook in mid-August. Remember that incoming Kindergarten students will receive their classroom assignments directly from their building principal after screening has been completed in August.
PRO TIP: Keep Your Login Active!
Make sure you can log into your student's dashboard now. Don't wait until the week before school starts when system traffic is high.
Questions? Reach out to your child's building before some* of our offices close for the summer.
*Xenia Preschool and all Elementary buildings will close this week, and reopen on Monday, August 3. WMS, XHS, and the XCS Central Office will observe summer hours until August 3.
