XHS Set to Induct New Class into National Honor Society

On Thursday, December 16 at 7:00 p.m., Xenia High School will induct the latest class of students into the National Honor Society, celebrating their achievements and commitment to learning and service.
NHS is open to Juniors and Seniors only. To be eligible for National Honor Society, students must have and maintain a GPA of 3.5, have performed a minimum of 25 hours of volunteer service, commit to ongoing service hours each year, and demonstrate good character and leadership.
There are currently 33 Seniors at Xenia High School who are NHS members, and they will be joined by 28 members after the ceremony next week. The ceremony will take place in the Bob Hope Auditorium at Xenia High School, and is open to friends and family members. It will be followed by a brief reception.
