Board Meeting Dates

The Xenia Community Schools' Board of Education typically, although not always, meets the second Monday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Board of Education Office, 819 Colorado Drive, Xenia, Ohio. 

Established Board meeting dates may be changed by a majority vote of the Board.

2025 Board of Education Meeting Dates*

  • January 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
    Note that there will be two (2) separate meetings on this date, with an early start time: Organizational Meeting at 6:00 p.m. and Regular Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
  • February 10, 2025 at 6:15 p.m.
    Note that the Public Records Commission meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m., to be followed by the regular meeting at the usual 6:30 p.m. start time.
