Mrs. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Teacher Leader from Wright State University.  Mrs. Kelly has been teaching for Xenia Community Schools since 1993.  She started as a Special Education (SLD) for Cox Elementary.  Mrs. Kelly began teaching third grade at Cox in 1998 and continued with third grade at Shawnee in 2000.   In 2009, Mrs. Kelly moved to teaching 2nd grade.  For the last two years, Mrs Kelly has had the position of Technology Coach, paid for by the SIG grant. Last year was Mrs. Kelly's first year teaching 5th grade Science and Social Studies.  She looks forward to another exciting year teaching Science and Social Studies.

Mrs. Kelly lives in Xenia with her husband and four children, two boys and two girls, all who attend Xenia Community Schools.
