Tami Bartley is a lifelong resident of Xenia and a 1990 graduate of Xenia High School. Tami attended Wright State University and graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education grades 1-8 with a concentration in English. She has been teaching first grade since 1995, and is also a half day literacy coach for her building. Tami has been a member of the Xenia Community Schools Board of Education since 2018, and was elected to a four year term in November 2019. 

For many years, Tami has been actively involved with both Xenia Schools and the Xenia community. In addition to serving as Touchdown Club President, Co-Director of the Wee Bucs Wrestling Program, and Winter Concession Stand Manager, she has also organized a wide variety of signature events and fundraisers to benefit the district. Tami’s husband Matt is a special education teacher at Xenia High School, and they have two sons, Peyton and Paxton. Peyton attends Georgetown College in Kentucky where he plays football for the Tigers, while Paxton is currently a student at Xenia High School and has participated in football, bowling and lacrosse.
