The Xenia Community Schools Foundation is hosting a fundraising event on November 15, 2024. Proceeds will benefit both XCSF's Classroom Grants Program and the Music/Theater Program at Xenia Community Schools.
The event will include 10 rounds of charitable bingo, pull-tabs, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, Pick a Prize raffle, and a raffle for a Blackstone Grill. Food and soft drink beverages will be available for purchase.
The event opens at 4:00 p.m. for all activities except bingo, which will begin at 6:00 p.m. All events will end by 9:00 p.m.

The 2024 Silent Auction features 14 packages in a variety of value ranges, and online bidding will end on November 14. In-person bidding will continue at the bingo event on 11/15/24. Successful bidders will be notified, if not present at the event, and local pickup or delivery arranged.
Advance purchase of bingo packets:
- $5.00 advance purchase - 10 game one card "face" package ($7.00 at door day of event)
- $10.00 advance purchase - 10 game three card "face" package ($12.00 at door day of event)

REMEMBER! This is an adult only event. All attendees must be 18 or over. Soft drinks, water and a variety of food items and snacks will be avail able for purchase.
The Xenia Community Schools Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Foundation provides $30,000.00 annually in Classroom Grants for special projects, hosts the Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony each year and awards a scholarship to a graduating senior annually.
