While construction is not complete, and timelines can shift due to unexpected delays, the timeline for moving students and teachers to the new Warner Middle School building is starting to take shape!
Based on the most recent updates from our partners at Peterson Construction, we anticipate being able to begin the move to the new space in December 2024.
For WMS students and staff, this means that most of the moving will take place just prior to and over Winter Beak. In order to give teachers and staff time to prepare, this means that Warner Middle School students (ONLY!) may be able to expect a slightly longer Winter Break.
The tentative schedule, as of this time:
- Monday, January 6: All teachers and staff return to the new building, as scheduled.
- January 6-10: Staff complete the move-in to their new classroom and work spaces. No students will be in the building this week.
- Monday, January 13: WMS Students return to school, reporting to the new building to start the second semester.
