Student Gives Behavior Guidelines a Fresh Look

Sophomore Ethan Moore Gives XHS Behavior Guidelines a Fresh Look
Posted on 01/13/2023
Our XHS administration team would like to thank sophomore Ethan Moore for using his skills to create new signage that is now hanging throughout the building! Ethan is exploring a potential career in graphic design and he designed the signs to highlight classroom guidelines and expectations with the support of Interactive Media teacher Mr. Frank.

The classroom guidelines were created through the high school PBIS team, whose members worked with all staff to establish clear expectations for student behavior in all common areas throughout the building. These guidelines are designed to not only ensure the physical and mental well-being of our students, but also minimize disruptions in the classrooms and other common areas, and allow students and teachers to focus on learning.

Ethan is pictured here with XHS Principal Mr. Torrence and Assistant Principal Mrs. Corrado, holding one of his signs that remind students to be Responsible, Respectful, and Resilient. Hand-written thank you messages were added to his keepsake by the XHS PBIS and Administrative teams.
