Teacher Bio.:
My name is Britney Kay Amole. I graduated from Wright State University with a Master's in the Science of Education (concentrations in Math & Science) in 2009. I joined the district that same year. This year will be my tenth year of teaching for Xenia Community Schools. Being a former graduate of Xenia, I am glad to be able to come back and teach in the district I know and love. I feel my past experiences have given me a true understanding of this area's students and community as well as its unique strengths and challenges. I have taught grades 5, 6, and 9 within the district at Warner, Central, and the High School. This will be my seventh year at Xenia High School teaching the Spectra of Science curriculum. This includes the regular, inclusion, and honors versions of the course. I have also been a a member of our Building Leadership Team, the coordinator of the XHS Science Fair, and I have assisted with the Xenia Chapter of the National Honor Society and Muse Machine. I am excited for another year, and look forward to partnering with you and your child for an amazing and enriching academic experience!
