Beginning Monday, August 17, XCS will offer a technical support phone line for remote students ONLY* that will be in operation from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (M-F) on regular school days.

If you are experiencing issues with your device not powering on, not being able to log into the device, or charging your device, you must call and leave a message -OR- text your information to the tech support line and a staff member will return the call.

Leave a voicemail message -OR- TEXT the following information to the tech line:
1. Parent (full) Name 
2. Student Name 
3. Building your student attends 
4. A reliable return number

A staff member will either troubleshoot the issue over the phone or arrange an appointment to exchange your Chromebook and/or charger with a loaner. Note that safety protocols will be in place for these appointments. 

Students learning in school should request assistance at their building after the start of school. 

Students who are returning to our buildings should bring their school-issued Chromebook with them on their first day of school. Students should be sure to charge their Chromebook prior to coming into the building, and chargers must be brought with them.

Any issues with devices for students who are returning to in-school learning will be handled at the building level.

In addition, incoming sixth grade students who were issued a device in the spring for remote learning must return that device prior to being issued a device from Warner Middle School.
