District using Board Docs for meeting documents

Xenia Community Schools is the first district in Greene County to utilize a modern board
management tool called BoardDocs.

BoardDocs allows the district greater transparency and gives residents 24/7 access to
information, as well as maximizing the effectiveness of board meetings. BoardDocs
allows for electronic distribution of information.

Those interested can view board meeting information prior to meetings, and, after the
meeting, individuals can review the agenda items and see what action the board took,
complete with voting results. All documents associated with the meetings are
automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or by using BoardDoc's
search feature.
